הברנדי מורכב מ15- תזקיקים בני עשר שנים לפחות, שהתבגרו במרתפים החשוכים של אררט ויוצרים ברנדי עגול, רך ונעים כמשי. צבעו של הברנדי ענברי עמוק עם גוונים של נחושת. האף עוצמתי מאוד עם רמזים קלים למתיקות בשילוב של שזיפים מיובשים ומעט קינמון, כל זאת בשילוב של ארומות עציות ואגוזיות נעימות. טעמו עשיר עם טעמים מובהקים של וניל, אגוזי מלך מסוכרים, פירות קיץ מיובשים והמון וניל ועץ. הסיומת ארוכה, נעימה ומתובלת ביותר.
